Guided hypnosis audios, meditations and downloadable guides are digital products delivered instantly. Because the file is available to you the moment you claim or purchase it, digital downloads are not refundable once delivered, except where the file is faulty, corrupted or you genuinely can't access it.
If that happens, contact simon@simonbaker.co within 14 days of purchase and I'll sort a replacement file or a refund.
You can reschedule a booked session at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee, since that time is held exclusively for you.
If you need to cancel a multi-session program partway through, contact me directly and we'll work out a fair outcome for the unused sessions, this is assessed case by case rather than a fixed formula.
For physical items sold through the shop: change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. You're responsible for return shipping costs in this case.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact simon@simonbaker.co with photos and your order details. I'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods or services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to a remedy, this may include a repair, replacement or refund, and applies regardless of what this page says.
Email simon@simonbaker.co with your order details or the date of your session. I aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
