Information we collect

We collect information directly from you when you interact with the site, including:

  • Contact details you give us through the newsletter signup, a free download, a contact form, or when booking a session, name, email address, and any message you include.
  • Booking details when you schedule a session through our booking calendar, including your name, email and appointment time.
  • Traction Test responses if you take our self-assessment quiz, we store your answers, resulting pattern, and (if you choose to share it) your email, so we can send you your results and related content.
  • Order details when you buy a digital download, audio, or physical product, handled by Stripe (see below), we receive confirmation of your purchase and item, not your card number.
  • Technical & usage data collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools, described below.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to deploy the analytics and measurement tools below. These use first and third-party cookies and similar technologies to recognise your browser and understand how the site is used. They only load if you accept them, we ask for your consent on your first visit, nothing non-essential runs until you do, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

  • Microsoft Clarity records heatmaps and anonymised session recordings so we can see how visitors navigate the site and fix anything confusing. Clarity masks form fields and other sensitive content by default. Read Microsoft's privacy statement for details on how Microsoft processes this data.
  • Google Analytics, deployed through Tag Manager, gives us aggregate statistics on traffic, pages visited and where visitors come from. Read Google's privacy policy for how Google handles this.
  • Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights give us aggregated, cookie-free performance data (page load times, traffic volume) about our hosting infrastructure. This doesn't identify you individually.
  • Google AdSense: we're in the process of enabling ad placements on our blog. Where ads are shown, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work, but you can still browse, contact us and book a session without them.

We use the information above to deliver the service or product you've requested, respond to enquiries, send newsletter content and offers (only if you've opted in, with an unsubscribe link on every email), understand and improve how the site is used, and keep the site secure and free of abuse. We don't use your information to make any automated decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
